Title: Another running animation

Animations are still confusing!
So before I start on the flowing cloth on this character, I want to be sure I get the running to look natural and smooth.
I'm hitting a roadblock here and can't seem to figure what exactly is hindering this so far.
Also i should probably mention the character is female and wearing a headdress (and also is an orc  ;D)

the way one of the steps goes lower than the other looks kind of like hes limping.

It looks like is runing backwards
