Title: I need help finding the original Base... or at least the artist..(please reply)

I actually remember seeing this base on Deviant Art but It somehow dissapeared? Or something... because either I didn't add it to my favorites or... I might placed it into the wrong favorites tab.  ALOT OF favorites.

Unusual request, probably not really appropriate for this forum...Anyway.
I found the cake. Can't find one with the character base though.

I checked both tineye and google reverse image search.
