Could you upload some pictures to imgur.com? It's free and easy to use. Downloading and unpacking other people's .rar files can be a bit unsafe, and I think you'll get more help if you upload the images and use the forum's 'insert image' function.

There's a trick to download from 4shared: instead of keeping the normal link, change
http://www.
with
http://4server.info/download/

so the link becomes:
http://4server.info/download/4shared.com/rar/dmcVxguuba/PIXEL_IT.html

and you can download it normally (without being registered nor having to wait time).
But that's not the point.

In any case you should post the image directly via a image hosting site (such as Photobucket, Imgur, Tinypic even) to get feedback, otherwise the only feedback you'll get is "Why 4shared?" or "Why a .rar file?" and you don't want that. :P

In the rar file there are three .psd files and three jpeg images. Never save images with the jpeg format.

Another thing, please avoid to double/triple post in a row. :y:

There's pillow shading, the lightsource is inconsistent, there's not a lot of contrast and there's a lot of similar colours.

This is your bible:

If you want us to edit your sprites, please post them at their normal scale (I mean, I have them, I can edit them, but what about the others?). This forum has a built-in feature which lets you magnify/zoom in, so there's no need for big sprites. :)

You should pick one that you'd like to improve.
You'll get more help and it will avoid you getting overwhelmed as there is much to be fixed.
