Eyes looks like they are detached from the head mostly because pure white color,black outline and shadow beneath them (btw I know it's not supposed to be shadow but it looks like one), and shape of both eyes is distorted in upper left part.

Highlight on cylinder and umbrella tells different story from highlights on his face and his pants. In pants and face light is coming slightly from left, while in cylinder and especially in umbrella light is coming from right. Also shadows clash with previous statements. Based on floor shadow light is coming from up far right, and based on hat shadow light is coming from upper near left (in front of character).

I remember this character from previous treads, it have nice potential, so keep up with the good work. ;)

The face and floor shadow are definitely quite off. I was aiming for up and a little right with the light source. Will have a go at fixing them (and the trouser leg).

I had some trouble visualizing how to shade the umbrella and face.
