Yeah, it's Vivian James. This is the first pixel art I've done in a long while and I thought it turned out pretty good but I'd like some feedback on what could be improved.

Edit: added a 1:1 gif

The step-stepping legs and feet are cute. The jitteryness of the hair is a bit distracting. The 4ch clover could be more readable if you increased the size a bit, and used the darker green in the middle to make the leaves pop a bit more. Maybe reuse the pants colour or white to highlight the gun?
I'd post a 1x animated .gif to make it easier for people to post edits, this forum supports image resizing by clicking/shift-clicking images.

I made the clover larger and it does look better, and cuter. The gun is sort of a placeholder, depending on if I do anything with this, I might have it so different guns can be used. I'm not sure how to animate the hair better.

There are a lot of straight and parallel lines.. Try to break them up more, especially the body/hair which follows the same line.

Vivian James? What is familiar to me is the Paul Robertson -ish style :P (the modular weapon also helps)

I'm not too sure of the black outlines (personal preference-- I know they're integral to the style), especially when the black 'pools', creating clusters instead of 1px lines.

To animate the hair, I think you should first off have a static version, and then work from there.
Maybe the hair should just bob backwards at the bottom, a little? I also am not experienced with animating hair

Nice work on the feet animation :)

Edit:
Literally just found out where the character is from, since this came up on my feed

(I didn't bother to look up the name before )
