I'm stuck on what to do for the background any edits are suggestions would be great!
Also any crits about it would be nice as well  :)

I love that palette! lots of fun to work with. really good stuff. I felt i had to add another intermediary colour for bright lights though, hope you dont mind.

Its messy but you get the idea! Dark and grungey :D

I like the look of your character and everything else a lot. Also Probo's idea is very cool. My one problem is the color. The character seems to blend in with the background too much. it looks weird to me to have the character and the background match colors. I really like the palette your using but I'd try to get away from so much of that grey/blue color.
