Hi this is Ion, I am currently looking to hire a Pixel Artist that can also Animate for my upcoming PC project. This is a Top Down Dungeon Crawler with a bunch of twists.
I am looking for a art style and design similar to this:

I will only pay via Paypal. I am looking to pay per asset for Sprites and per frame for animations. My working budget for this project is $8,000.
