Title: Pixel artist with character animation and UI

I need a UI done in retro 1988 style with 256 colors, maybe 4-5 UI screens. (Think: Papers Please).
I need animated faces, from the shoulder up. Animations show 3-5 expressions each.
20-30 such characters needed.

Hello!  My webpage at http://dhost.info/uatu has quite a few examples of portraits (many under "Dungeon Craft" - "Men") - but I assume that you are looking for a style similar to Papers Please (low resolution, very few colors (2-3 only))?

I guess it would be useful to know the portrait size, number of colors (or other limitations, such as set palette), and number of frames per animation.  Also, I'd be interested to know what kind of setting it is (fantasy? sci-fi? modern?).
