I've been spriting for over a week and I need some help and critiques to improve myself as an artist :hehe:

You won't get a good response here from using templates.
It's hard to tell what you've done yourself and I think most would just tell you to make it from scratch.
I think the left rock lee looks best, the shading brings out the shape really well. The others look quite flat. The chin could use more work though.
Kizame and Kakuzu are too dark against the white background and it looks like Kakazu has green bug eyes, why does his eyes differ so much from the rest?
Kizame's eyes are too big and you can't see his gills.
The forehead protectors look too round, just remove the highlight, the cloth should also bend around the head instead of being completely straight.
