I really hope I didn't make the same mistake again, but if this is a pixel, it's my very first one! Critique and advice would be very helpful! >^.^<

V2:(http://i1290.photobucket.com/albums/b521/Wallie987/CAM002192_zpsf5f6312f.png) (removed the extra black pixels, fixed the bubbles, took out the line, fixed the eyes)

Eyes don't look round enough, they're a bit jaggy
There's a bothersome line separating the main body from the tentacles. It shows the body is a circle and makes it look worse.
The third tentacle from the right is too short and is a bit too fat.
The bubbles of the hat shouldn't be cut off from the borderline if the bubbles are inside.
There are some extra black pixels on some tentacles.

O.o can you kind of tell me where the extra black pixels are? Nevermind, they should be gone now - and most things should be fixed except for the tentacle.

It was fun to edit. I've gone a bit too far, sorry for that.
I liked trying to figure out how the flat face should connect with the tentacles.
You could fix the line art, I made a quick edit outlining the possible locations to fix.
My own edit is full of them :)

Ah, thank you! I originally tried to shade the body as a circle so it wouldn't look so flat, but... eh. Anyhow, can you tell that it's an octupus?

Sorry for bad edit, I just didn't like the colors and I wanted to make the octopus look more rounded, instead of flat, which you can achieve by doing simple things with a shadow.
I also think this can benefit from some selective outlining as well.

Ah ok, but the octupus is a sprite for an adoptables site - a sand octopus thing (it stays afloat by inflating it's head, but normally stays hidden in the sand). :P
But yeah, the head is a bit light - I might redo the whole head because I'm also thinking about making it "rounder".
