Title: Tileset needed for RPG [32x32]

Hi! I'm making an RPG and I'm looking to hire an artist to make me some tilesets for my game. Such as grass, sand, water, bushes, trees, etc. They'll need to be 32x32, and I'll be paying through PayPal! I have a budget of $500 so I'm looking for high quality.

Just a warning to you guys: after I was hired for this project I drew 3 initial terrain tiles and sent them to him for comments/approval. I haven't heard from him for about 2 weeks, though I've sent several messages.

I don't like to "talk trash" about anyone, just wanting to keep this community informed.

Don't trust him, he's not a serious person.
