Hello this is my second post here. I am not really satisfied with my avatar image I'd really appreciate it if some one can help me out with it or maybe edit it him self

Also I dont realy mind if any one changes the theme :D including the clothes and the background :D feel free to Mess with it :D

Hey! The eyes are looking better than the one in the other post.
But! The hood is too thin and straight around your neck, it should be thicker and wobblier I think.

Good start! I think you are working with too many colors
Started on some small edits. You can also try removing the dark outline around the eye if you don't want it to look like eyeliner.
Also, your ear is a little long or maybe its the shading -- should be around from the top of the eye to the bottom of the nose.

Thanks alot guys ill be working on it ill try to improve it abit iam aiming for a realistic look :P i hope i get it soon

No time for an edit, but I can tell you have way too many colors (55!). Most of them are very close together in value, which makes the whole thing rather blurry. You should try blocking in the forms with 3 or 4 shades of each color at most, then adding more as needed.
There's also some inconsistency with the style. The hood is harshly outlined, but the face is more realistic. I'd recommend ditching the outlines altogether. According to your reference from the other thread, you should also lighten your eyebrows a bit.
