Guess I've been on a portrait kick lately, but there's something so satisfying about the final result.

Known issues:
- My palette is in need of serious work, but I'm finding it difficult to pick colors with such a strange range of hues to represent. Any help on that front would be super awesome.
-The hands are atrocious, especially the right (his left).
- I've got some banding going on that I'm not sure how to fix (if it's worth fixing), mostly on the far right jacket highlight and near the tie.
-The hair hasn't been refined too much yet
But please, rip it apart! If you can find another problem I haven't spotted, I'd love to know.

I think I've made enough progress to warrant a bump. :lala:

Definitely an uphill battle here. When I started this, I wasn't prepared for all the subtleties in his expression. I used an overlay in photoshop to make sure my proportions were spot on, but that's little help (and kinda cheap anyway) when it comes to making the angle of his smile juuust right. I'm also a bit unsure if 23 is too many colors for a piece like this. I am happy with how I managed to make him pop from the background, though.
My main issues right now:
-Hands (again)
-Hair (not sure where to go from here)
-Eyes
-That yellow thing (shading is wonky, brings too much attention to it)
