Title: [Paid] Website logo - Pixel Parrot

Greetings! I am looking for a website logo for a to-be gaming company called Pixel Parrot. From the name, I'm pretty sure you could guess what kinda of logo I am looking for, but here are some details:

-Banner sytle logo.
-Vector so we can resize if needed.
-Title "Pixel Parrot" with 8Bit looking font.
-A pixelated flying parrot, leaving pixels in it's wake, behind in the wings. Kinda trailing from the wings I should say.
-Title and parrot not over lapping so we can use just the parrot in certain circumstances should we choose.

Looking to spend around $30 on this.

I think 30 is kinda low for a complex vector logo.
