What Tim means is that the anatomy is quite off. Generally Musclebaby Syndrome, from what I believe, is caused by the Head (Factial Features like eyes, nose, mouth etc) to Body Ratio (As well as definition in muscles)

I wouldn't say that this is quite Muscle Baby material, which is good, though the head could be rounder and the legs could be fixed. Try to make the eyes a little tinier.
