Hi guys. I'm trying to make creepy horror twitch. Any suggestions how to make it better?

When I read the title I expected someone with a twitchy eye..
I'd suggest adding a crazy eye twitch before the head turn/scream, since that's kinda freaky :)
Also, maybe make the eyes a bit creepier, like they're staring into your soul..

I think this effect was pioneered in Jacob's Ladder, which is a great film if you haven't seen it! The director was originally inspired by Francis Bacon's paintings, which you might study too for inspiration on your picture. ('Heads' I presume)
In the DVD commentary he mentions that because of the extreme motion blur and distortion etc, it's hard to make out if it's human or not, and gets a lot of it's horror from that sort of uncertainty.

@rikfuzz
This is the first time I've heard about Jacob's Ladder, I watched the scene and it's very creepy. Thanks for the info. ;D
@Seiseki
I've tried it, it looks goofy not scary... :)

I think your guy looks quite uninterested or bored, due to the low eyebrows.
And when he twitches he looks raging mad, rather than bat shit crazy :D
I was thinking something like this:(http://share.cherrytree.at/showfile-7841/twitch.gif)

Interesting, I like it. Very good job, thanks for your help. ;) :D
