Messing around with a more difficult pallet. heres what i came up with

I call him, Gavin Milk. for some reason.

7 colours, dithered to all hell.

Cool lines. Palette's quite pretty, too.

I think maybe it's over-dithered, though. In most places here, the ditehring hurts more tahn it helps, making the image seem blurry (as along the edge of the cone) or a bit messy (as in the shirt). You have enough colours here that the same effect can be acheived without dithering. I did a sketchy edit to show you what I mean:

Most of the shading in this edit is undithered. I just used the tones a bit differently. I also upped the contrast, without changing the palette at all, like on the bottom-right of the shirt, below the knees, etc. which gives the illusion of more depth/form.

I really like the design, and think this is a really cool piece overall. Could be 'cause I have a thing for monochrome, but hey... ;D
