Those screens have had a lot of filters applied to them, just pointing that out. You won't see that effect from just the pixel art alone.

Besides the type of style and quality, what are you looking for?

What will the artist have to do.... Characters, enviroments, items, animations... All of the above?

Please provide more information on what the actual job at hand is and what we might have to do in order to get paid this $400
