I've been asked to help with someone's game, this is the base they requested. Could anyone tell me how to improve it? They are supposed to be in anime/chibi style.

Are you sure you need a 1:1 head/body ratio?
And where's the face?

Is it supposed to be in "rpg perspective"? Because that doesn't match it at all.
Smaller stomach, eyes lower and shoulders visible will help you with the perspective.

Right now it looks like he's dancing limbo and looking straight up.
