to me thats a very nice pic its basicly what im trying to do right now.. :) i cant really critique u on anything as im new to pixeling but i really do like the use of only 4! colours.

really suits the description too :) well that or the head of the MAFIA!!  ;D :o hehe jk

Very nice stuff... reminds me of a short-haired Charles Bronson.

Only thing I'm gonna nag you about is that there's no real definable features on his body. What's he wearing? There's no real way to tell as the colors that're there merely define the torso. Some recognizable clothing would be awesome, but it's really up to you.

Could maybe stand for an extra tone or two for AA, but I assume you want to keep this at four colours.
As is, looks great anyway.

EDIT:
I'd also maybe not use straight black, but maybe a dark reddish purple instead. Just a personal preference, though.

I haven't really done the bottom portion properly yet. He doesn't wear a shirt though, just a belt over his shoulder.

That's sweet. The top of his hair looks really weirdly flat though. So does his wicked stache.

Don't forget Saturday Night Slam Masters.  And I always thought Guy and Cody were way cooler (and easier to use) than Haggar, but it's dope nonetheless.

After a second look I do see some "errors", but I'm too lazy to do an edit. I think it's mainly the lower half of the ears, the two "lines" under the nose (don't know the name) and the dark shadow spot under the cheeks that look off. Oh, and decently AA the brows please...

Actually, a very minor thing bugs me, and it's that pure white shine on the tip of the nose. It's mirrored, too, no? But you've done a phenomenal job getting away with it. I stand by my come on.

Well, despite the auto-WIN that is commonly attributed to any type of art based on Final Fight, I'd suggest you give him a stronger chin and smaller eyes for a more masculine look.
