Pixelation

Well I went to Pixel Joint, but my topic seemed to be ignored. So now I am here, hoping I'll get a little help. I have the front done, they may need a little touching up, and the side I need a little professional critique. So far this is what I have:
View: Front, Back, and Sides. Not moving.

My main concerns are on the back, when moving, his arms seem to slide around his body. And I am not sure how to do the sides in movement. Anatomy, not my strong point. If you have anything that can help me, then please let me know. I will work on this until it is perfected; just direct me in the right way.
