I want to add animation. ship will shake.

Much more original now, yes.

I suggest higher contrast; stronger shadows/highlights. Try some actual color, too. The grey is rather plain and uninspired. The problem is that you've now colored it in the same color all over..
You get much better contrast if you're more selective with which parts are gray or which parts are colored.

Also it's looking quite flat, the first design had more depth to it.
I actually think the first one works better if you add panel lines, lights and some color.
