I'm a little rusty at figure drawing, this is my first attempt at a portrait for a character. There's a few proportion issues, I'm not sure if this is salvageable or if I'd be better off starting again from scratch :P Any pointers?

Why should a person stand with their arms put that way? xD it's too strange!
As for the palette, it works on the small sprite, but on a larger scale, like yours, it's too much for the eyes to bear :yell:
I somewhat like it though, you did a good job with that crappy palette xD
