i like it a lot.  one tihng i would suggest though would be to lose the dithering on some parts, since on such a small sprite it tends to jsut confuse things.  there also are some anatomical issues, but this is heavily stylized and im not the best person to suggest anatomy things so ill leave the to someone smarter.

 Yeah, I agree. The dithering isn't necessarily for this part. For such a small sprite, you should can just use normal shading areas. Especially for the big part, they usually need dithering.

right, made a small update,
but I just can't get his right leg (our left) looking perfect. It's supposed to be like a "power stance" but his right leg being a bit behind his left..hard to explain..
