Looks cool but his stance seems very odd.  The way one arm is pointing down and the other toward the opponent doesn't make any sense.  His head also looks very square with the straight edges; those could be fixed with proper AA, something I'm not even good at, hehe.  He also seems to be leaning back a bit.  The right hand doesn't make any sense; where's the thumb and is it facing the right way?  There are some places where the shading is too dark, such as the right forearm and many parts of the clothing.  Fix it up a bit and all will be well. ;]

Cool. I like his face alot, and he's got a nice, powerful look to him.
The close arm looks much larger than the far one, as does the hand.
He's leaning back.
I think his outstretched hand should be more open. Think about if he were in a fight: Someone comes at him and he tries to punch their arm away? Nah, grabbing their arm would make much more sense. He looks like a grappler anywho.
His legs need some motion.
Where's his elbow?
Are you limiting yourself to 2 frames, or do you intend on adding more?
The wrinkles could use some more work.

When your weight is on one leg, it is directly beneath your head.

When your weight is on one leg, it is directly beneath your head.
In that case, his leg should be going straight down, not inward.
