Need help with shading.  Can someone confirm if it is correct or incorrect? also the palette could use some work.

The upper arm on our right is lit from the bottom when the rest of the man is lit from the top. His sword and pose are both awfully unwieldy, too :P

Sword reminds me of what a baker uses to move bread loaves in and out of fire ovens. If he was a baker by day and a ninjitsu warrior by night it would be fab.
I see an upper left lightsource for all of him, Sherman. The shadow on his left shoulder is cast by his head I guess.

His shading seems sufficient to me.
