Haven't done any pixeling in a while, so I threw this together earlier today, I'm still iffy on the rain.
Critiques are welcome.

Nice piece.  I very much like the contrast between the perfect lines of the tank and the slight imperfections in the ground.

I think the idea of the rain is good, but all of the other lines are horizontal.  Using pure vertical for the rain blocks too much of the eye movement and sets up a dull right angle composition.  Maybe tilt the rain?

Tilting the rain definitely improved the readability, thanks.
