I made an isometric engine in flash a few years ago.
This were the tiles i made for it:

An overall nice and coherent set of objects, with disparate issues:
- Extreme pillow shading in the trees. Even if the interior is appropriately noisy, the dark green outline and the specular highlight make them look like hard plastic toys.
- All doors and buildings are far too small compared to the tent on the far right. Don't you want your windows larger than 1 pixel?
- Black clusters in the left and right inner corners of the top building and behind the gables of the left building. I think you should try to draw the buildings without outlines, reclaiming a lot of space for parts that are about as wide as the outlines; the shading seems already right, except for the strange presence of the lighter grey on the presumably darker gabled side of the roof of the left building.
- The fringe of light brown sand or dirt around the pond is too uniform, both in thickness and in hue, and unrealistically simple.
- Your tile shapes are mismatched, as the irregular black hole makes evident.
