It's cool, but the cheeks are rather chubby, making him look like he's got some candy (or nuts) in his mouth. The eyes are angled very oddly, and seem a bit close together...
Everything is much too saturated for my liking...
Also, could you post it in the actual thread, please?

Well, I wanted to give it a bit an animesh feel to
it.
Therefore the eyes and the high saturation.

I think you should pull the eyes down a couple of pixels. The same goes for the ear.

That nose isn't working for me at all, it's kinda' like you wanted to suggest it just with shading and then panicked at the last minute and stuck the dark line in. The overall impression is that he's just run into the back of something very immovable. In fact there's an odd flatness to the whole fact due to the wide swathe of colour on the forehead that shows no curvature (to my eyes). I think it'd be a good idea to draw the contour of the face's profile into the image and then work from that.

 Seeing he's lacking detail, you should resize him down about half and fix those messy pixels. The bigger your shading areas, the more details. Good color choices and face design.
