Title: Sprites inspired in the Final Fantasy Series

Yey, back from a long-time period of college working-storm.

So here's something I'd like to receive some C&C about! a 16 colors lovely chocobo.   ;) :P

Hey, I tried an edit on this:

I changed the colors, mainly. First of all, I reduced the number of colors from 16 to 10 in this edit. Some colors really were not necessary in my opinion. Then I tried to make the colors a little more "shiny".
I also changed the wing a little, but I'm not actually sure if this looks more like a chocobo, or less.

Yeah! You're totally right about the shinny thing. It seems so much alive!  ;)
Also feathers are a problem, you did better with the wings man, thank you!  :y:

Perspective seems off when you flip it horizontally, any thoughts on that?

It might just be me, but it looks like the legs, body and head are all pointing in different directions, the body specifically seems to be pointing more to the left and a lot higher than the legs are.

Exactly, thing is I can't manage to fix that  :'(

'Not sure if there are other kinds of chocobos, but from what I saw (http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5060/chocoboou5.jpg (http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5060/chocoboou5.jpg)), a chocobo only has 3 long claws, one being behind.

I preferred the way you did the feathers before. Now it looks like the Chocobo has lines on its wings.

Ye feathers aren't anything near the easiest, do they? Haha mostly they end up being too scaly. But I gave it a try Organ_House, see what you think about it:
