Well there are a couple of things that need to be improved. I do want to talk about the most important thing I noted so far... (at least to me) and it is about how you have the lineart straight for the rpg character. I would recommend that you first design an animated template, and then sprite the character(s) from it. And about the character so far, I'll expand the legs 2-3 pixels down. I like the character design.
