Hello everybody!

Ok, I downloaded the Nevercenter Silo 2.1, and am struggling to paint my models, would have some tutorial? and also how to spend it for photoshop?

Hi. I googled what nevercenter silo is and I just have a very hard time seeing what it's got to do with pixel art. You can PM me if there's something that I have misunderstood.
