Does anybody know the restrictions on it, I would like to try it out.

I'm assuming you mean this. If you're talking about programming it, then good luck. Wikipedia cites that the 2600 was one of the most difficult machines to program at the time.

No, I meant I wanted to know what restrictions where on the sprites, like on C64 Hi-res you could on have two colours per 8x8 block, but didn't have double wide pixels.

I want to know those sort of restrictions but for the atari 2600. Thanks for  the pallet though.
