Something along the lines of no specific light source, a terrible choice in colors and unnecessary dithering. Still a few lightning ... lighting* issues in Ar's but they're forgivable and it's a good guide anyway. Now I may slumber.
Oh and black lines? Those never struck me as something real? Seeing as pure dark dark black is never found in nature or manufactured things. Maybe really wet dark velvet? In a darkroom?

yeah, good points everyone, i'll get right on it!
Great edit Ar, I'll apply it!
Done!

I still need to mess with the outlines a bit, but i think I'm done for now. ;)
made the yellow more of an orange, and made the green more of a cyan color, then i made the outline a bit lighter and added a more specific light source.

Much better! . . . but the lines inside the box don't seem good yet. Here you have the picture I made for you to explain what I'm talking about.

Think. . . which of these boxes look *most* natural? Which one would you pick? ;)
You see, you've made it like in the first box case. Have you ever seen an outline like that in the real world? No! The second box is more, let's say: correct, plausible and realistic. The last, at last, is the most natural. Just take a quick glimpse at your TV or something bricky and glossy and you will see that edges are always 'brighter'. Oh god, forgive my English! :D

yeah, I know..

I'll fix it now! :D
