It's dithery to the point of blurring and makes it hard to distinguish who it is. The eye on the lighter side is well articulated, but the flat shading there appears out of place when comparing the rest. I like your sepia tones. A reference picture might have been nice for this one Dan.

He also appears to have either a dental absess or elephantitus of the jaw, because it looks really kinda' freaky on the lower right.
