This is what i can do, and it's awful

Redraw everything below the waist, from the belly down everything goes really chunky while the top has that slender elegant elf look to it.
Hips are also way too low.

Better?

Getting closer! The torso still looks a bit thin, draw it out on the left about a pixel I think.

Her waist and hips are still very low, and her breast/shoulder(?) sticks out a lot.
A general proportion guide I like to use is that the crotch is about halfway up between the floor and the top of the head, and the elbows are level with the waist.

Great start looks like you have general knowledge about proportion but you are just a fine hair off on a lot of things. I strong recommend working with a reference image and taking a good hard look at landmarks on the body.
A good general rule to follow is the heads rule, basically measuring and sizing the body off of the size of the head. Most artists will recommending using 8 heads and I do as well, it's a good solid even # and that tends to work well with pixel art for some reason ??? (might have something to do with working on a grid :3 )

Things to notice!
First notice the character is one pixel taller than 8 heads, this is due to exaggeration of the hair up top.
Now starting from Head numbero uno which is at the top!
Head one:
Is the head.
Head two and three:
Neck, shoulders, and end of rip cage (1/2 of stomach as well, pixel art is weird at this resolution)
Head four:
Here lies the other half of the stomach and also your hips and very top of crotch.
Head five and six:
At the top of head five is where the crotch ends and thighs begin all the way down to the knees
Head 7 and 8:
Pretty easy your calves and your feet
Such ends our adventure down the female body. Hope this helps.

i was going to do a draw over but larchry got it. My advice is to pay closer attention to the hip and how far away it is from the rib cage.

Really think how the pelvis and rib cage are volumes and how the muscles connect to them. Think about the muscles own volumes as well.
Hope that is helpful. Good luck!
