Title: learning walk-animation

 started working on a game that's been in my head, but realized it just wouldn't feel right w/o smooth player animations. Just posting this here so i can get some feedback, as it's really my first time doing this.. C&C & All that Jazz.

His arm/arms (two if he's holding a gun in both of them) look like they were just going up and down. And the legs... you can see that the leg in the back is actually rising a bit to go forward but before it moves all the way forward to make a step it makes a short slide on the ground.

damn, write the tutorial already!!  you've actually got enough material just bunch it all together and put it on a website..
