Wrong section. And it's always clever to look around the site first. You might just find a tools, resources and linkage topic with around 30 pixel art tutorials.

Nice colour reduction/photoshop edit, how long did it take you, 30 seconds?
Oh, and if you colour reduce something, atleast take a good piece of art to reduce. neopets are crap.
