Hey ^^;
I find that whenever I work in like small sizes say 50x50 or 64x60 say I like it much better up close and find that when I resize the art I like it much better up close and use that-
Is that a bad thing to re-size my art?

'course not! Otherwise people wouldn't be able to see the details.
Just try to avoid pixel distortion and artifacting!

Ahhh good! that makes me much more relived to hear so.
Because I honestly though I was doing something wrong by re-sizing it aha ^^;
Because every time I find myself creating a small pixel or just a picture in general I find up close something I enjoy and im just like-
"Did I mess this up??"

For a few tips, whenever resizing pixel-art don't use any interpolation (in programs like gimp it's turned on by default) and always keep the aspect ratio. By default pieces look the best when you multiply their size in either direction, rather than keep the increase somewhere in-between. Though that may not always be true.
