Very funny characters!!  ;D
Nice for sketch. Just he is some flat maybe. The more form give him some seriousness. Other elements (eyes) dispose nearer from circumference

Nice character=) I think some  eyes work could define face expression better. And how about sprouts for a hairdo?=)
