Where are its hands? If the character's arms are too short for the sleeves, then the sleeves would be falling downwards as soon as they ended. As it stands right now, the piece looks like there are invisible rods holding up the sleeves.

The midtone is far too light, and the highlight is too big. The dark shadows just feel like outlines. Trying making your shadows and midtones cover a bit more area.

Also, the chest area with the name seems really flat. It feels like you didn't want to deal with shading/texturing the chest area, so you put the name there instead. Either that, or you put the name there but then were afraid to shade around it.

Well, I mean - the reference doesn't make sense either. Is there a reason you have to replicate it exactly?

also, in your ref, the sleeves still droop a little, not much, but it makes it at least semi-realistic.

Magicians often use the term "no hands", I think magical trevor makes perfect sense..

The eyes don't vary in size in your rendition as much as they do in the ref. Try shringing the one on the right some more.

It's a flash animation, I don't think anyone really cares that the cartoon has nothing holding his sleeves up.

His hat, for lack of a better way of saying it, looks fat. It's very...lumpy.
