[PAID] Pixel Artist for action fantasy game

Hi, I am looking for pixel artist/animator to help out with art for small action fantasy mobile game. Style is a bit cartoony, elves, fantasy etc. There are few characters/animations, environment stuff and UI stuff to do. The amount of assets is pretty reasonable and should be doable for experienced artist within 2-3 weeks max.
 Payment per hour or fixed budget, I am looking for some reasonable prices, but also for good art.
