Just trying to be able to do a "detailed" and accurate face, yet still not go into detail..

Hey Quake, this is a great improvement over previous works.

Some things:

more clarity. Less AA on the face, more flat clusters of color. At a small resolution like this the pixel clusters are very important and shouldn't be held back from their full potential.

The hood is probably the wost thing in this. That is, I think it's a hood and not hair? If it is a hood, it should not have a highlight. Cloth is not as reflective as hair.

The eyes are perfect.

tried to address everything Atnas said. Mainly the thing about the hair. Does it look more like hair?
