UPDATE!

UNF! Ya girl.
Ryumaru: Is it better now? I wasn't really going for a frog look, i was just being stupid.
-
yeah but now the arm blends in too much with the stomach, alter either of there shading to fix it. also the leg loks like it bends at at odd angle, not at the knee but the robotic thigh part.
you should do some impossible shapes in your style 8)
-
Ryu: I agree with the stomach and arm, but the leg bends into the knee, it's like a shell for the joint (The darker thing under the second bottom wheel), and it slides back and forth haha.
Impossible shapes? You mean like the triangle thing?
-
Impossibe shapes (like the triangle) Would indeed look great in your style and i would look forward to seeing it if you ever make some. AS for the piece at hand, im nto really sure what its supposed to be, and you dont seem to either. The arm does blend in like ap revious poster said. I think the thigh/knee looks fine but what irks me is the foot. I cant see how something would stand on that let alone walk. Maybe have it more level so its not standing on its toes.

I love the style of this. It looks so much like a 3D render, it's amazing. No crits from me. I want to see the final product.
-
It's a robot chicken ;)
-
Mechanical Ant eater? Shiny and reflexive. Nice!
-
Thanks for the compliments guys.
Billeh: It's not really standing on it's toes. I actually usually just draw these things as if they're floating in empty space, or water. It could be kneeling too.

lovin the update.
theres a line of the darkest color where it either looks like a bad attempt at reflected light, or you forgot to fill it in with color. its above the shoulder thing.
i think the bottom part of his leg should be a step darker, because right now it seems to be almost in the same area at the other part of the leg, and not behind it.
seing the lightsource, shouldnt there be a drop shadow of the arm onto his body? it seems like there should be.
keep it up yo'

Ah! I can finally see what that thing is now. Looking good. I love that < leg detail, really cool. Excellent work all around.
