Title: Cowboy Drawing Gun

So I started creating this cowboy then I spent like almost a hour animating him for no reason but now i feel like making a western game but before I do I though I should get it looked at.

It needs more contrast for readability.
About the animation I think he should draw the gun faster. Maybe skipping a one or two transition frames?
