I like it! :)

I think that his right arm{ artist left} looks a bit like his jacket is a bit tight on the lower arm.

The shading on his green collar around his neck could be dark to match the shadow cast by his neck.

Hands look a bit small compared to the rest of his body.

Touching those up should improve the sprite a bit. :y:
