I'd say you need the hips to turn a bit more. Right now you've animated the legs as if they are separate to the rest of the body, which makes the body look especially rigid. There is a gap between the tops of the legs where he could be holding some invisible block. Other than that, the style is good, and the animation smooth.

the front foot seems to stop suddenly a bit short.
try adding some slowdown toward the end of the swing and extend it a bit?

Thanks for advice! I will try it do.
Question:
How to better separate overlapping legs?
I didn't want to do it in colors (because most body/legs will be filled by coat and i have awful skill in lighting/shadows).
I tried some this.

really tricky to see whats going on here, try to use a background colour that shows the legs more clearly

As far as the coat is concerned it shouldn't matter whether the legs are "open" or "crossed" as they should in reality be the same pose flipped. You're confusing your perspective a bit, the body is in 3/4 but the coat is almost in front view. It looks fine but just be mindful that the animation on the coat makes it look like it's on diagonally, as the legs only hit it in the left leg forward frame and not the right leg forward frame, any animation on the coat should happen twice, possibly mirrored depending on what it is.
