Title: I want to become a good pixel art designer/Need help! :/

I know that pixel art has different styles I think those are 4 color 2 bits I love this style!I tried to make some stones but I dont think they are ok: https://i.imgsafe.org/768ea2ff85.png
I need some advices!Please help me!
