Something made for a request. Tried to copy the Pokemon Ruby style.

Well, the arms are twice as long as his legs. I think where the feet are is roughly where the knees should be.

I would work on the pose, anatomy, and line-art first before even adding any color.  Hm, the color selections themselves aren't bad though.  The saturation is good and the brown/blue combo works.

I like the face... But how the Hell does he do that with his arms? XD *looks at how he's holding the pokeballs*
