Need a pixel artist

I am making an online, rpg, text based game and need some art done. I currently have a few helpers, but no gfx person.
Things I'd need done are as follows:
1. Item (Potions)
2. Badges
3. Main page graphics
4. Some inside images

The artist will of course have benefits in the game when it launches. I can show you the game:
